We repair all BlackBerry® models, including the Curve, Pearl, Bold, Storm, 8800 and 8700. All parts are held in stock and we employ professionally trained engineers to repair your Blackberry® to the highest possible standard. Every repair is extensively tested before being sent out, assuring your Blackberry® is in full working order when you receive it. Berryfix repairs carry a 3 month warranty on work done.

Our turnaround time is typically 3-5 working days, unless parts are to be ordered in from abroad, in which case, the client is kept up to date of the progress.  The credit card reserve will not be processed until the repair has been approved and completed.

Step by Step Repair Process Guide:

  1. Select the model of your Blackberry® from the images below;
  2. Select the fault/faults you are experiencing;
  3. You will be asked for your details, please provide an address during office hours, where your handset will be collected and delivered;
  4. Please ensure the accuracy of the collection and delivery address;
  5. Please ensure your handset is packed securely in blister packaging or a secure box;
  6. All communication will be sent via email, please provide us with a valid email address;

  8. Track your handset return with Courier IT by entering your IMEI into the track it tab Courierit
