Our turnaround time is typically 3-5 working days, unless parts are to be ordered in from abroad, in which case, the client is kept up to date of the progress. The credit card reserve will not be processed until the repair has been approved and completed.

- You will be asked for your details, please provide an address during office hours, where your handset will be collected and delivered;
- Please ensure the accuracy of the collection and delivery address;
- Please ensure your handset is packed securely in blister packaging or a secure box;
- All communication will be sent via email, please provide us with a valid email address;

- Track your handset return with Courier IT by entering your IMEI into the track it tab Courierit
